By registering an account you enter a binding agreement with the operator of Bizzo Casino. Read these conditions carefully, as they govern deposits, gameplay, bonuses, withdrawals, and account closure.

Who may open an account

Bonus funds and any winnings from them are locked until the playthrough condition is satisfied. Requesting a withdrawal beforehand cancels the outstanding bonus and forfeits the associated winnings.

Coordinated play between accounts, low-risk betting patterns designed purely to clear playthrough, and repeated use of one offer through multiple identities are treated as abuse and may result in confiscation of the affected balance.

Bizzo Casino may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time; changes never apply retroactively to a bonus already active on your account.

Suspension, closure, and complaints

We may suspend access where we suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, an unresolved chargeback, or a breach of these conditions. Where suspension is lifted, unaffected funds are released without deduction.

You may close your account at any time and request payment of any confirmed balance. Closure does not erase records we are obliged to keep under our licence.

Complaints should first be raised with our support team, which acknowledges receipt promptly and aims to give a substantive answer within a reasonable period. Unresolved matters may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing body.

Liability, availability, and changes

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, connectivity faults, or regulatory instruction. We do not accept liability for losses arising from such interruptions beyond returning stakes on rounds left incomplete.

Game outcomes are produced by certified random number generators supplied by our content partners. Results are final once recorded on our servers, and the server record governs any discrepancy with what a device displayed.

These conditions may be updated. Continued use of your account after a revised version takes effect indicates acceptance; if you do not accept a change, close your account and withdraw your balance.
